Returns & Refund Policy

Rich Nuts guarantees your satisfaction with our products. Due to the nature of food products, our return policy is limited to 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, within 30 days of purchase, please email Rich Nuts at orders@richnuts.com or call (310) 818-3112 and coordinate with one of our order management team members.

In some cases, it may not be necessary to return the products in order to receive a refund, yet in some cases we may request a return of the products so that our Quality Assurance/Quality Control team members may inspect the product to determine its faults and causality. If you do return products, please make sure they are sealed if they were opened.

Refunds
If your Rich Nuts products are returned, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 10 days.  Your refund will be processed through your original method of payment, whether that is by credit card, PayPal, or Google Pay.  If you require a refund through a different form of payment, please let us know prior to the refund.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, please kindly check your bank account again. Then contact Rich Nuts at orders@richnuts.com or call (310) 818-3112. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Due to the nature of online credit card systems, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and/or coordinated with the Rich Nuts order management team, a gift certificate will be emailed to you or a credit will be applied to your account on richnuts.com. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product, please mail your product to: Rich Nuts, LLC,  1138 US-82, Fitzpatrick, AL 36029

Before shipping any returns, please coordinate with the Rich Nuts order management team to manage shipping, billing, and shipment tracking via email to sales@richnuts.com or by calling (310) 818-3112.  Rich Nuts will pay for return shipping costs, but please coordinate with Rich Nuts prior to the requested return and refund.
