Delicious guilt-free brownie bites for your next chocolate craving

Paleo Brownie Bliss Balls



  • 1 cup Rich Nuts Cinnamon Walnut Crunch
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ⅓ cup cacao powder
  • 12 medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp instant espresso powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cacao powder - to garnish - optional


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until all ingredients are chopped up and well combined and a dough texture has formed. About 15-20 seconds. Be careful not to overmix.

  2. Scoop a spoonful of the mixture into your hands and press into a ball, then place the ball on a baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture, placing the bliss balls an inch apart on the baking sheet.

  3. Let chill in the fridge for 10 minutes before enjoying.

  4. Optional: roll the balls in cacao powder before serving!
