Delicious guilt-free brownie bites for your next chocolate craving
These are the definition of bliss: healthy, delicious, and easy to prepare.
Paleo Brownie Bliss Balls
- 1 cup Rich Nuts Cinnamon Walnut Crunch
- 1 cup almond flour
- ⅓ cup cacao powder
- 12 medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- ½ tsp instant espresso powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Cacao powder - to garnish - optional
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until all ingredients are chopped up and well combined and a dough texture has formed. About 15-20 seconds. Be careful not to overmix.
Scoop a spoonful of the mixture into your hands and press into a ball, then place the ball on a baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture, placing the bliss balls an inch apart on the baking sheet.
Let chill in the fridge for 10 minutes before enjoying.
Optional: roll the balls in cacao powder before serving!
