Maple Pecan Overnight Oats

Ingredients - serves 2-4

  • 1 cup rolled oats or quick cooking oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Rich Nuts Maple Pecans  - to top
  • Shredded coconut - to top
  • Ground cinnamon - to top

Directions

  • In a medium sized bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds, flax, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt until combined.
  • Pour in the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir until completely combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight. 

  • Divide the oats between 2-4 serving glasses and top with Rich Nuts Maple Pecans, shredded coconut, and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
